Implementation Guide
From first contact to go-live and beyond—here’s how we onboard you. Our process is designed to be clear, low-risk, and focused on your success.
1. Book a demo
Start by booking a demo. We’ll walk you through the platform, understand your goals, and confirm fit. No obligation—just a clear view of how we can help.
2. Requirements understood
We capture your processes, volumes, teams, and integration needs. You’ll work with a specialist so the solution is tailored to your business, not the other way around.
3. Onboarding kicks off
A dedicated implementation lead is assigned. You’ll get a kickoff call, project plan, and timeline. Roles and responsibilities are agreed so everyone knows what happens next.
4. 14-day trial
You get full access for 14 days. Use real workflows, invite your team, and run parallel to current processes. No payment required—just a chance to validate the fit.
5. Payment terms finalized
We align on pricing, billing cycle, and payment terms. You’ll receive a clear proposal with no hidden fees. Questions are answered before anything is signed.
6. Agreement signed
Once terms are agreed, the contract is signed. You’re formally a customer and we schedule setup and go-live according to your timeline.
7. Data and users set up
We create your instance: existing catalog or item data, cost centers, and approver hierarchy. User accounts are created and login credentials are sent securely to each person.
8. Technical support assigned
A dedicated technical support contact is assigned to you. They’ll handle setup questions, training, and go-live support so you always have a single point of contact.
9. Training and go-live
Your team is trained on the workflows they’ll use daily. We run a go-live checklist together, then you switch to live use. We stay available for the first days to smooth any bumps.
10. First review and optimization
After a few weeks we schedule a review: what’s working, what to tune, and how to get more value. Process improvements and best practices are shared so you keep improving.
